Welcome to Week 3 of my 7 Chakra Crystal Journey.

This week we're working with the bright and uplifting energy of Citrine as we explore the Solar Plexus Chakra, the centre of confidence, personal power, motivation and self-belief.

When this chakra is balanced we feel empowered, focused and ready to move forward.

When it becomes blocked we often experience:

• Self-doubt

• Fear of failure

• Low confidence

• Feeling stuck

• Difficulty making decisions

Citrine reminds us that our confidence doesn't disappear, it simply needs reconnecting with.

If this crystal has found you today, there may be a reason.
